Q: Who is TotalSpree?
A: TotalSpree is a proudly New Zealand-owned business. We serve customers throughout the United States by offering high-quality tools and essentials — all shipped directly from our trusted supplier network. This model allows us to keep prices competitive and delivery fast.

 

Shipping and Delivery

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We currently only ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military bases (APO/FPO), or international addresses.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is free on all orders within the United States — no hidden fees.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch. Including processing, your total delivery time is usually 6–9 business days.

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: Not at this time. We focus on providing fast and reliable standard delivery at no cost to you.

Q: Who delivers my package?
A: We typically ship with DHL or FedEx, but depending on your location and the item, we may occasionally use other trusted couriers. You’ll receive full tracking details once your order has shipped.

Q: Do you ship sustainably?
A: We aim to minimize our environmental footprint and strive to use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible.

 

Order Processing and Tracking

Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Q: Will I receive tracking info?
A: Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with the tracking number and a link to monitor its progress.

Q: Where can I track my order?
A: You can track your order using the tracking link in your email or directly through the courier’s website.

 

Returns and Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.

Q: What if I ordered the wrong item or changed my mind?
A: No problem. You can return it within 30 days. Return shipping is at your expense in these cases.

Q: What if my item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect?
A: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@totalspree.com with your order number and photos. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a refund.

Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued within 5 business days to your original payment method.

 

Missing or Lost Items

Q: I didn’t receive part of my order — what now?
A: Please email us at support@totalspree.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Q: What if my package is lost in transit?
A: All shipments include basic insurance. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, we’ll work with the courier to resolve it or offer a replacement or refund.

 

Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay securely using PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Union Pay. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. All payments on TotalSpree are processed through secure, encrypted gateways that comply with industry standards. We do not store your card details, and your personal information is protected throughout the checkout process.
